On August 7, 1907 The Clark Courier published an advertisement for the upcoming Masonic Carnival in Front Royal sent in from the publicity committee of the Masonic Fair. The fair would take place on the week of September 2nd in order to raise funds to build a new Masonic Temple.
The fair included Minstrels, Mystic Shriners, various shows, and many other attractions such as Streets of Cairo the Midway, the Warpath, Swiss, German, Irish, Japanese, and more street and home scenes.
