On February 11, 1926, the Richmond Times-Dispatch reported that the Worshipful Master, past masters, and others were attending the Grand Lodge of Virginia’s grand lodge meeting of Masons, which included P. M. Shirey, J. L. Borden, J. P. Borden, and Ref. W. C. Deering.
