Acca Shrine Ceremony

Rev. W. G. Dearing, the Chaplain of Unity Lodge No. 146, is from Huntly – and on his way to Richmond, VA to the Acca Temple for a ceremony on May 26, 1934. R. J. Turner, the Senior Warden of Unity Lodge No. 146 is also on his way, and originally from Flint Hill.

Mr. and Mrs. P. M. Shirey and Mr. and Mrs. E. Barr Samsell, Rev. W. G. Dearing of Huntly, and R. J. Turner of Flint Hill, will attend an All-State Shrine ceremonial in honor of John N. Sebrell of Norfolk, Imperial Potentate of the Order of the Mystic Shrine, in Acca Temple, Richmond, tomorrow. Acca Temple, Khedive Temple of Norfolk, and Kazim Temple of Roanoke will join in the Ceremonial. Mr. Shirey is Past Grand High Priest of the Grand Royal Arch Chapter of Masons of Virginia, and the Potentate Representative of the Ancient Order of Nobles of the Mystic Shrine of Acca Temple.
