There will be a special Masonic service of Unity Lodge 146, A. F. and A. M. of Front Royal, at two o’clock this afternoon in memory of the late Joseph L. Carson whose funeral services will be held in Woodstock at 2:15 this afternoon, With interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery in Front Royal.
By request of Mr. Carson made before his death, there will be no Masonic services at the grave.
Mr. Carson was one of the most distinguished and best informed Masons in Virginia.
