Commissioner in Chancery

On October 25, 1934 the Warren Sentinel had a notice published by the Commissioner in Chancery, W. C. Armstrong, Jr., which described their office as being in the Masonic Building in the Town of Front Royal, Virginia on October 22, 1934.


TAKE NOTICE that I have fixed on November 15th, 1934, at ten o’clock A. M. as the time and my office in the Masonic Building, in the Town of Front Royal, Virginia, as the place for the purpose of executing the above decree and for taking and stating the accounts therein required, at which time and place you are hereby notified to attend and lay before me such proper evidence, data, etc., as will enable me to properly execute said decree.

Given under my hand this the 22nd day of October, 1934.
