Kemper to Speak At Masonic Events FRONT ROYAL, Sept. 10. - (AP) - Colonel William M. Kemper, of Randolph-Macon Academy, will speak tonight at a communication of the Unity Lodge, No. 146, A. F. & A. M., of Front Royal, as part of the observance of the 156th anniversary of the signing of the Constitution. The occasion is part of a general Masonic observance of the anniversary in the State, on request of Dr. William R. Weisiger, Richmond, grandmaster of Virginia Masons.
