W. T. W. Demitted

We see that a brother of Unity Lodge No. 146 demitted in order to join Orr Lodge No. 104, under the jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge of North Carolina.

Opinion No. 11

It now appears that Brother W. T. W. has been properly demitted by Washington Lodge No. 78, Virginia, on December 27, 1952, and by Unity Lodge No. 146, Virginia, on September 11, 1959, and that he was duly elected to memberhip on September 1, 1959, in our Orr Lodge No. 104, subject to the receipt of a proper demit from the lodge or lodges holding jurisdiction over him; therefore, the case may be closed as provided by Regulations 83-20(2) and 83-24.
