Upcoming Dates

In November, the Grand Annual Communication in Richmond is an important event to keep in mind.

Masonic Youth Organizations

The Shenandoah Valley Chapter of the DeMolay is flourishing, with plans to attend a Fall Festival and a dance with the Job’s Daughters. New Members of Unity Lodge

The lodge has a new petition for voting at the next stated communication. Plans are in place for an EA degree in October, with additional degrees for Brother Ed Broome and Brother George Money. October will be a busy month for the lodge, and volunteers for the cast are invited to express interest.

Benjamin Franklin

In Masonic labor, the true wages are not in gold or silver, but in the form of sympathy, kindness, and helpfulness received through interactions with fellow members. Benjamin Franklin highlights the importance of these virtues as the genuine rewards of being a Mason.
