In March, Unity Lodge experienced both highs and lows. The Past Master night showcased exemplary rituals and wisdom from seasoned Freemasons. The return of the traveling gavel was a positive highlight, but the COVID-19 outbreak brought closures and event cancellations. Despite these challenges, the message of unity and support for the community prevailed.

Upcoming Dates
All Lodge and appendant organization activities are suspended until after 4/30/2020, including a tentative Mother’s Day BBQ event and a possibly rescheduled GM OV for Districts 2/3. A clear directive is given to stay at home.

The Grand Lodge and other Masonic bodies in Virginia have cancelled events through April. Members are encouraged to pray, stay informed from trustworthy sources, and offer support while staying safe. The online Leadership Correspondence Course will still be offered. Everyone is urged to take necessary precautions and remain resilient during this time.
