I would like to thank everyone that came out on March 4th to help me with the presentation of the Community Builders award to Michelle Smeltzer, to include our own District Deputy Grand Master, Rite Worshipful Mark Pennypacker. Mrs. Smeltzer was identified as a worthy recipient by Worshipful Will Bryan as he was instrumental orchestrating an alliance between So Mote It Beef BBQ and the Thermal Shelter this year.
Mrs. Smeltzer was recognized for her work both with the Warren County Department of Social Services as well as all of her personal time which she has devoted to standing up the Thermal Shelter and her work with the homeless in our community.
