If you have ordered a Unity 146 lodge hat I have you down and hats are at lodge so see me and I’ll get it to you. If you would like a hat they are $25 and have 2 left. I can always order more. We also still have lodge shirts for $25 up to size 3xl.
I thank you all that have donated candy towards the halloween jubilee on Thursday. Brother Anthony Fisher and I will be setting up around 4pm and it begins at 6pm so anyone wishing to join us is always welcome.
We have a couple of donation boxes in the lodge currently, Bro Scott Truax and Bro Terry Fritts have set up and emailed on Camping for Hunger. Please see Scott’s email and donate from the list.
We also have a toys for tots bin, we do this every year so if you could please donate a new unopened toy on the way to the lodge we can help make some kids Christmas.
So Mote It Beef BBQ, Lafayette no 137 and the West Luray Rec Center will be feeding around 2-300 for a community Thanksgiving Sat Nov 18th at 4pm. Anyone wishing to attend is always welcome. It’s humbling to serve our community.
So Mote It Beef BBQ is also doing its signature hams and turkeys for $50. With each purchase a ham/turkey goes to a needy family. SMIB fed over 100 needy families last year’s holiday season. Cooking Nov 18th/19th.
Spurmont BBQ Team is selling Turkeys for $45 for Thanksgiving they will be cooked the 22nd. They also will be donating to needy families as well. See RW John Jewel or Wor Mike Singleton for more details.
