In a heartwarming display of brotherhood, a group of local Freemasons from the Front Royal Masonic Lodge, Unity 146, came together to assist fellow Brother Robbie Johnson in preparing his yard for the upcoming winter season. Brothers Anthony Fisher, Scott Truax, Mike Singleton, Sam Cartee, Bill Wheat, and Lewie Moten rolled up their sleeves and spent the day trimming bushes, raking up leaves, and cutting back Virginia creeper vines that had overtaken portions of Brother Johnson’s property.

The group worked tirelessly throughout the day, their efforts resulting in a pickup truck overflowing with branches and a staggering 30 bags brimming with leaves. By the end of their labor, Brother Johnson’s yard had been transformed, ready to face the challenges of the winter months.

To express their gratitude for the brothers’ unwavering support, Brother Scott Truax graciously invited everyone to Anthony’s Pizza for a well-deserved rest and refreshment. The brothers enjoyed a camaraderie-filled meal, sharing stories and laughter as they reflected on their day of service.

The act of kindness exhibited by these Freemasons exemplifies the true spirit of fraternity and underscores the deep-rooted commitment of the Masonic Order to helping those in need. Their selfless actions embody the core values of Freemasonry – brotherly love, relief, and truth – demonstrating that the brotherhood extends beyond the walls of the lodge and into the lives of its members.
