I hope as we get closer to Christmas that the reason for the season is ever in your hearts toward our family, brothers and our community.
I would like to give a huge shout out Thank you to Brothers Anthony Fisher and Lewie Moten for all their efforts into scheduling our Salvation Army bell ringing efforts.
Huge community effort shared from district 5 this past weekend. CFS no 74 and Milenese OES Ch 3 teamed up and played santa for Journey’s Crossings in Elkton and gave them puzzles and other gifts.
Lafayette No 137 continued the tradition of donating smoked hams to Main St. Baptist Church for those in need from their parish. This has been a tradition for the last couple of years now.
Community efforts are where I feel we will get more men interested in our beloved craft. If I ever assist anyone in a community effort please let me know.
Monday: Lafayette no 137 Stated Meeting Dinner 6pm Meeting at 7pm. Election and installation of officers. Spurmont no 98 Coffee and Wors David Gill 7pm.
Tuesday: Enjoy Families
Wednesday: We will have a mandatory Unity Officers practice for receiving the DDGM and GM as Unity 146 will have them both over the next two months. If you would like to refresh this please feel free to join us. 6:30pm
Sr’s and Santa 11am. I will be at lodge reheating lunch at 9am.

Saturday: SMIB BBQ Ham cook at RW Will’s house. Not too late to order a ham $50 and all proceeds go to feeding needy families
