The American Red Cross is currently experiencing an emergency blood shortage.
There will be a blood drive at First Baptist Church of Front Royal on February 7th, 2024 with the American Red Cross. Sign up now before all spots are taken.
Make sure to eat plenty of food with iron (Red meat, fish, chicken, beans, spinach, raisins), get plenty of rest, and drink extra fluids before your donation. While you are there, grab a snack. Don’t forget to drink extra fluid afterwards (No alcohol for 24 hours) and notify the Lodge blood coordinator after you donate.
