Tonight, The Lodge is proud to host a fundraiser dinner in support of Hope and Rest Temporary Shelter (HARTS). Join us from 6 to 8 pm in the social hall for a hearty barbecue dinner featuring smoked chicken and all the fixings, available for just $15 per plate. Every meal purchased tonight will go directly to HARTS to help provide a warm, safe space for individuals experiencing homelessness this winter.
HARTS, formerly known as the Front Royal Thermal Shelter, begins their winter season on December 7, 2024, offering a low-barrier shelter to those in need. Last winter, they served 378 meals and supported 103 individuals, and with your support, we hope to reach even more people this year.
Beyond tonight’s event, The Lodge remains dedicated to HARTS’ mission throughout the year. Our members volunteer to cook and serve meals regularly, while also making financial contributions to help ensure the shelter has the resources to continue operating.
Brothers, we invite you to arrive early today starting at 10:00 am to help prepare the Lodge for the evening. Together, let’s make sure everything is in top shape by tidying up the building, handling minor repairs, and walking the grounds to pick up any litter along the roadside. Your efforts will help us present a warm, welcoming space for our guests and the community.
