Stephen Miller Boyd Jr. passed away unexpectedly at his home on September 6. He was an active member of the community, serving as chairman of the Warren County Electoral Board, among other roles. Walter C. Carter Killed, Auto Is Struck by Train
Walter C. Carter, a prominent orchardist and community leader, tragically died in a collision with a passenger train near Waterlick. He was well-respected for his diverse business involvements and active participation in church and civic activities. Four Borden Brothers Raised
In May 1923, the Shenandoah Herald reported on the “Regular Meeting Cassia Lodge,” noting four brothers raised together and their cousins’ presence, with three from Unity Lodge.
