J. Elmer Murray Foster, 96, passed away on February 18, 2013, in Front Royal, VA. He served as Secretary General for Organizacion Regional Intermericana de la FEDERACION INTERNACIONAL DE EMPLEADOS Y TECNICOS and was a member of Masonic Unity Lodge #146 and Eastern Star Chapter #6. Dr. Ernest Linwood Grubbs
Dr. Ernest Linwood Grubbs, a beloved physician in Front Royal, passed away at 90. He practiced for over 50 years, delivering 2,500-3,000 babies. Retiring due to ill health, he continued to see patients on a limited basis. A dedicated Mason for 63 years, he was honored at Lodge 146’s 100th anniversary. Read more

Stephen Miller Boyd Jr. passed away unexpectedly at his home on September 6. He was an active member of the community, serving as chairman of the Warren County Electoral Board, among other roles.
