The First Degree ritual of Freemasonry teaches about the point within a circle, symbolizing a brother’s duty. This symbol has further allusions in alchemy, astrology, and Pythagorean philosophy, representing the Monad and cosmic consciousness. In the Zohar, Kether is associated with the name of God. Shenandoah Valley Chapter of DeMolay

On June 1st, I attended the initiation ceremony and DeMolay Degree for the new members at Shenandoah Valley DeMolay Chapter, alongside Right Worshipful Haas and Brother Nickols. Arrival
The Candidate for initiation experienced a series of setbacks while traveling to the Lodge. After his car broke down and his bicycle chain snapped, he ingeniously used a cord to fix it and freewheeled to his destination. Surprisingly, the WM knew about his unconventional journey, leaving the candidate feeling proud and mystified. Read more
