Other events include Luray Commandery #19’s virtual meeting, Order of the Eastern Star 6 meeting, and RAC Hiram #45’s virtual meeting. Several events are marked as TBD or cancelled, with no official visits planned.

1st Annual Youth Football Camp

The Warren County Sheriff’s Office and So Mote It Beef BBQ team are hosting a youth football camp with Shenandoah University Football leading drills. A silent auction will raise funds for charity, and local sponsors will support the event. Former Redskins players will also be present. The community is encouraged to participate.

Thermal Shelter

Local organizations including Unity Lodge, On Cue, and the Virginia Beer Museum are collecting coats, sweat clothes, and socks for the less fortunate as the weather gets colder. Unity Lodge will also provide monthly meals for the Thermal Shelter, with the next meal scheduled for April 29th. Contact Bro. Will Bryan to assist.

Masons Are My Peeps

The Easter drawing features five yellow chicks in Masonic Aprons, with the center chick wearing the Worshipful Masters’ top hat and jewel. The text, “Masons are my peeps,” accompanies the image, reflecting a playful and lighthearted connection between Easter and Masonic symbolism.

Masonic Community Blood Program

140 units have been collected, which accounts for 112% of the total membership strength.

Teddy Bear Fund

Unity Lodge No. 146 in Warren County aims to launch a Teddy Bear fund for First Responders. The fund will provide teddy bears to children in crisis, distributed by local law enforcement and firefighters. Donations can be made at the Lodge or by check. This initiative has seen success in neighboring Lodges.
