The First Degree ritual of Freemasonry teaches about the point within a circle, symbolizing a brother’s duty. This symbol has further allusions in alchemy, astrology, and Pythagorean philosophy, representing the Monad and cosmic consciousness. In the Zohar, Kether is associated with the name of God. Quarry Lodge 2020
The September stated communication at Hanson Quarry was a success, with Most Excellent Raymond Steele presenting a fantastic program. The event brought together owners, workers, and Brothers in a scenic venue. The lodge now proudly displays a new rough ashlar, gifted by the quarry in commemoration of their 150th anniversary. The 15th District’s Capitular Masonry remains active and supportive, with official visits by Grand High Priests and plans for future events. Initiatives include supporting the Alzheimer’s Association and Project Lifesaver. Members can look forward to a “lock in” and bourbon tasting events, with proceeds going to charity.
